My 1st cart picket since the arrest. Police were called.

Today was my first proper cart picket since my arrest. I covered the scooter with signs, and spoke to quite a few members of the public for the 45 mins or so before it took the police to arrive. The policeman who dealt with the situation was brilliant, and was as confused over the law as we were. As it stands, the law is entirely up to the interpretation of the officer involved, and an ignorant/biased/bribed officer could quite easily arrest me and hold me in police custody. It worries me that a DANGEROUS BRAINWASHING CULT can use a law designed to prevent stalkers to stop people from legally protesting. I will keep on doing what I am doing, and I will document everything. I hope not to be arrested, but I am fully prepared for this eventuality. TBC

Stuart meeting you has inspired me to do my own cult watch in Manchester. I’ve had SIX(huge laminated posters made (double sides)and I’m going to post some on the wall and some on the floot against the wall. I’ve also bought a V for Vendetta Mask, a Wig a AND hat. If the police intervene I’ll literally shit myself. However, this is important to me and I’ll be handing out hundreds of leaflets and expose the cult with the posters. I’ll keep you posted. doyle6315
The other part of this got lost but said basically that you can see this happening as the word gets round. Epic Nose Guy’s case was dropped. Stu got his stuff back unopened. The Cu*t case in Edinburgh was dropped. And I think there was another win in Manchester? or Glasgow? Overall police attitudes are good towards Anonymous and will get better so long as we follow the rules. You’ve got to see it from their point of view, if you can.
The police will take complaints srsly, esp when they refer to threats of violence but the pattern shows that they now know that Anonymous are not a serious threat. If the bobby on the beat doesn’t know this, it seems his boss certainly does. So Scientology loses credibility AND breaks the law every time it makes a complaint and wastes police time. Very important that Anonymous do whatever the police tell them which is compatible with free speech. We are winning this one.
