These fuck head mormons (are christians for that matter) don’t understand that “vulgar language” or discenting opinions are freedom of speech. If they don’t want yo speak certain words themselves, then they don’t have to.

What are you talking about? The First Presidency is the leadership of the church, and members are allowed to write, contact, and disagree with the First Presidency on all issues. People write the First Presidency regarding Proposition 8, women and the priesthood, etc. I did not say anthing about the first amendment.

Hahaha. I am a church member and I comment on official videos all the time. The church only want nice things to be said not complaints. Church members are also allowed to disagree with the First Presidency, so you don’t know what you are talking about.
I have a question…….Why does it matter so much that we are different. What your saying by the way about us being a Cult is completely Obsurd!!!! I love my church. I know its True. I know that joseph smith was a true prophet and I know that I am a child of God and he loves me, and he loves you. We are a great people. We do not steal or force people to do anything. @truthseeker2083 – Whether you use vulgar language or not, the same end results occur. I’m not trying to force them to unblock their comments, I’m simply pointing out that they are too insecure with their own faith to ever allow someone to publicly speak against it in a forum where others could see. I personally think it’s pretty funny and speaks volumes of their insecurities and general intolerance of anyone outside the cult.
Perhaps it’s not that they don’t want people to be able to express their views, but instead that they don’t want vulgar and hateful language posted on a page associated with them. The videos on their channels (while accessible to all) are mainly for their members to enrich what they believe. If you don’t like how they run things there is a simple solution… don’t go to their channels…

Don’t you think you’re being a little closed minded? Surely there could be other reasons for LDS people disabling comments- to keep out profanity for example. And the reason you give is actually quite weak. Mormon apologetics are quite strong. But, as I’m sure you’ll agree, youtube comments aren’t the best place to have intelligent conversation and debate.
