An audio recording made on November 18, 1978, at the Peoples Temple compound in Jonestown, Guyana immediately preceding and during the mass suicide or murder of over 900 members of the cult.

This is why you should read the bible and know its contents yourself. So you don’t get lied to and follow man. You should only follow God.
@TheMouseAvenger It’s very chilling isn’t it. There is a lesson in this. Question even the people you have faith and trust in. There is a reason why Jim Jones eliminated the Bible from his congregation, because in the New Testament you find Paul telling his followers to check everything he says in light of the Word.
I’m impressed that at your age you are so informed about this. I bet you’re an avid reader.
