The high cost of Islamic conquest through jihad is in the hundreds of millions of lives since the founding of Islam by Mohammed 1400 years ago in the Arabian desert. Jihad continues today. People’s sinful desires & foolishness keep them in Islam, i.e. those who are violent, greedy, sex-indulgent & proud, they will prefer Islam which satisfies their sinful desires; others may remain in islam because they simply do what their parents do, & have no desire for the Truth; still some others may realize they are in the lie, but fear the apostate killing ordered by Muhammad.
