Cult members intend to love bomb new members until they go on in enough. Then they brainwash you, when people oppose it and warn u against them, as you are brainwashed you will be quite ignorant and defend the cult. I used to be this way until I left a cult and got ill from it. Since then I study how they all work.

True. As I recall Marie Antoinette was around 13 when she married. That was in an age when most girls only started menstruating around 16-18. Her husband was actually not much older. Still, it should be about consent. I know that kids nowadays start to have sex very early, but they often regret it. You just need a certain level of mental growth to actually be fit to have sex.

Believe it or not, almost without exception, up until about 150-200 years ago societies believed it was ok and even good for younger women to get married as soon as reasonably possible.
Around 14 was not unusual. They never thought of men that did this as child molesters. That was just the way things were done. Mary, the mother of Jesus might have been quite young when she married Joseph.
Based on our own history, the idea of when someone is able to marry is mostly cultural not moral.

I don’t recall the bible saying anything about what age was or was not appropriate to engage in sex. I’d assume that when she started to menstrate she was fair game. Sick I know…considering that most girls start anywhere between 9 and 16. Besides all that the bible should not be used as moral guide for anything.
