Nothing’s At Stake (Episode One) – Director’s Cut

If you compare this version of Nothing’s at Stake to the other version, you’ll notice a sequence near the end where our hero, Fred Castle, is actually out fighting zombies. This scene was to be the opening sequence of the feature film version of Nothing’s at Stake. Due to funding and the death of a Sir Reel Films actor, Dietrich Adetayo, the feature film was abandoned. However, there was all this footage that was shot and nothing was being done with it. So, this sequence actually fit into the short film version, so we at Sir Reel Films decided to make a “Director’s Cut” with a few other minor changes. Instead of a feature film version of Nothing’s at Stake, Sir Reel Films has decided to turn this into a web-series, which isn’t too far off from the original concept. So, long story short, this is now officially Episode One of the new web-series, Nothing’s at Stake. This video and web-series is dedicated to the memory of Dietrich Adetayo.
