James Marcus caused the most problems in the story,so hes has to be one of the best antagonists in the series,
Because of him and his lust for revenge,the Entire Raccoon Forest became infected and it screwed up Umbrella’s plans big time,Also becuz of him is why the Mansion incident started,So w/o him,Wesker would have never gained his power(or atleast,not like it originally happened,S.T.A.R.S would
have never been slaughtered,and more
his 1 bad thing is the corny way he laughs near the end
