Keep in mind it can be proven conclusively he committed perjury. I don’t have an accurate count of those,, but without a doubt between 10 and 20 counts & max penalty of 5 years each.
Even if you accept criminal prosecution is rare, civil suit was a very realistic consequence. I only know of two cases involving YT & fair use (eff (dot) org), both cases after years of litigation settled and had to pay monetary damages.
There is one hold out asking he pay back Sick Kids Hospital.
Actually, we only know of one threat according to him and Hilton on a radioshow. It was a letter to his home signed with a Muslim name. No police report was offered as evidence of this.
But it doesn’t really jive since he DMCAed people under his real name.
There was a flagging campaign by Muslims (not that this backs up the threat claim), and it was the same atheists who campaigned to bring him back.

Oops. I was not aware of that context for VFX, only that he had left YouTube for a while because of threats. I didn’t know he had defrauded people. Point well taken.
He’s a threat not only to those who have sold out to atheism but to his followers and to Christ himself, in that he defrauded people and was deceptive. When the end justifies the means, justice bleeds from the wounds.
Thanks for sharing your experience and response to VFX. He’s exceptional and is an “issue” for a reason. He’s a threat to those who have sold out to atheism.

I agree that VFX (Shawn) could turn that radical because he has shown a disregard for the law at this point.
You could be right, sadly.
I would have liked to see that video posted on his channel so his drooling subscriber/follower base would see it.
It would be nice if he was sincere…but I think he’s just pandering to make daddy happy so the $ doesn’t get cut off.

Its shocking how the tide can turn on situations, yielding a totally different landscape to what one thought existed.
