A tribute to one of the greatest cult classics ever and one of John Carpenter’s best. Escape from New york is a dark and broody adventure thriller. Set it the futuristic 1997 (For people in the 80s) where the city of Manhattan has become a giant prison for the criminals of America. There are no guards inside, but once you go in, you don’t get out…until now. When the President of America is taken hostage within the city, the badass anti-hero known as Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) is forced to go in alone to rescue him. Personally Snake would pass on this but unfortunately his life is on the line and he can only be saved if he obeys. I do not own Escape from New York. Everything in this video is for entertainment, not profit. Escape from New York is owned by Embassy Pictures, MGM, Koch Entertainment and IODA. The music is the Escape from New York main theme.
